What should or should not a school be like? Contemplating the challenges of future education, we heeded the voices of various communities: those who learn and those who teach, those who construct schools and those who write about them. The exhibition was a multifaceted narrative that intertwined fundamental educational statistics, architectural designs, photographs, and artistic works.
The primary design challenge lay in conveying an extensive amount of content (text, data, imagery, statistics) in an accessible and communicative manner. Thanks to close collaboration with the curatorial team, which began at the early stages of the exhibition's development, we succeeded in structuring the content hierarchy, organizing the data, creating a series of diagrams and infographics, and arranging the artistic works in a way that complemented the educational aspect of the exhibition.
Working with students who actively contributed to the exhibition's content allowed us to transform their insights into artistic installations that operate in the language of visual arts.
